RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY: users can cancel an order within the first 5 hours after purchase, cancellations made within this stipulated time will get a full refund.
Cancellations made later than 5 hours after purchase remain invalid.
Goods can only be returned if the goods are damaged before they arrive point of reception by the customer.
